This article describes update 4475580 for Microsoft Office 2016 that was released on August 6, 2019.

Improvements and fixes
This update fixes an issue in which Setting API doesn't work in the Office JavaScript library in the following scenario:
- If an Office JavaScript Dialog API is called in an Office Add-in, the Office JavaScript Setting API in the Office Add-in will stop working after the call. Therefore, the caller will get "Access Denied" error on the Setting API writing operation.

- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then select Search. If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then select Search.
