Symptoms

When you do a bulk copy operation on double-byte character set (DBCS) by using Microsoft Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) Driver 11 in Microsoft SQL Server 2014, the bulk copy operation fails, and you receive the following error message:

Resolution

The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
