Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or 2017. When you use the Dynamic Management Views (DMV) sys.dm_os_windows_info for Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10, you may notice that the DMV returns wrong values.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server:
Cumulative update 8 for SQL Server 2016 SP1
Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2017
Cumulative Update 9 for SQL Server 2016 RTM
