Symptoms

In Microsoft SQL Server 2016, assume that you execute parallel queries with the TOP keyword and very skewed data in the column that are used to join two tables. In some situations, these parallel queries may take much longer time to run if the queries are run with a high Degree of Parallelism (DOP).
