Symptoms
After you apply the June 2023 update or a later update to Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 on a front-end server with FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards), and if two-factor authentication is enabled for smart card credentials, you can't sign in to Skype for Business Server.

To fix this issue, install the following update for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019:
