QoE records aren't correctly reported in CDR when a RDP sharing session is ended in a VbSS meeting in Skype for Business 2016

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You are in a Video-based Screen Sharing (VbSS) meeting in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
  • A user who uses the remote desktop protocol (RDP) joins the meeting.
  • The RDP sharing session is ended.

In this situation, Quality of Experience (QoE) records that are stored in the Call Detail Recording (CDR) report are sent in an incorrect format for this session.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the May 9, 2017, security update (KB3191858) for Skype for Business 2016.
