Symptoms
In Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015, you add a user to a distribution list. Then, the response group agents are synced from this distribution list. When the Skype for Business server doesn't find a response group agent, it will create the group agent. However, the server still can't find the agent.
Cause
This issue occurs because the users don't have the msRTCSIP-OriginatorSip populated so that the filter that's used to find the group agent isn't correct.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
- For Skype for Business Server 2019, install the December 2019 cumulative update 7.0.2046.151 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Core Components.
- For Skype for Business Server 2015, install the July 2019 cumulative update 6.0.9319.559 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Core Components.
