Users tab is not visible in MACP if you log in with CSUserAdministrator permissions

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You log in to Skype for Business by using the CSUserAdministrator permissions.
  • You open the Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP).

In this scenario, the Users tab is not visible if you belong to the CSUserAdministrator group.

To fix this issue, install the following update for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019:
