Symptoms
After choosing categories for synchronization in the Third-Party Software Update Catalogs Property Sheet, or during subscription to a partner catalog, the option to Synchronize all update categories is unexpectedly selected. This occurs once a week for built-in partner catalogs for third-party software updates. Custom third-party software update catalogs are not affected.
