Improvements and fixes
This non-security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of KB4534297(released January 14, 2020) and also includes these new quality improvements as a preview of the next Monthly Rollup update:

Addresses an issue that may prevent a scroll bar from being selected when an ActiveX control implements the CScrollView class. This occurs if you move the Internet Explorer window, which then moves the scroll bar to the left.

Certain operations, such as rename, that you perform on files or folders that are on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with the error, “STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)”. This occurs when you perform the operation on a CSV owner node from a process that doesn’t have administrator privilege. |
