Collections is being retired in Microsoft Edge
Starting during Microsoft Edge version 145 (released February 12, 2026), Microsoft will begin retiring Collections. In this release, you’ll no longer be able to add new items to Collections, though your existing Collections will remain available for now.
For personal Microsoft Account (MSA) users, your existing Collections will remain available at Bing Collections (bing.com/saves), and enterprise and school account (Entra/AAD) users will have the option to keep your saved content by downloading it as explained later on this page.Â
This change is the first step in a phased retirement process, and we want to give you time before Collections is fully removed in a future version of Edge.
What is Collections in Microsoft Edge?
Collections in Microsoft Edge helps you organize and track your ideas while browsing the web. Whether you're shopping, planning a trip, gathering notes for research, or picking up where you left off, Collections makes it easier to keep everything in one place.
Since Collections syncs across your signed-in devices, any changes you make will reflect on all devices where you use Microsoft Edge.
