What it does

Knowledge Agent can help you create views in a SharePoint document library by using information derived from the content of files.

Views let you see the same files in different ways by filtering, grouping, or sorting based on available columns.

How to use it

  1. Go to the SharePoint document library where you want to create a view.

  2. Open Knowledge Agent using the floating button.

  3. Use Knowledge Agent to help create or populate columns based on file content.

  4. Create a new library view that uses those columns.

  5. Save the view.

What to expect

  • Views don’t duplicate or move files.

  • Views only change how files are displayed.

  • You can switch between views at any time.

  • Existing permissions and access controls continue to apply.
