Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

The most common type is a physical, external keyboard that plugs into your PC. But Windows has a built-in Accessibility tool called the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) that can be used instead of a physical keyboard. You don’t need a touchscreen to use the OSK.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. You can find them below or by viewing them in your Outlook.com settings.

If your purchase of Office or Microsoft 365 came with a product key, you enter your product key on one of the websites listed below for your product. View messages grouped by conversation in new Outlook. At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail > Layout. Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.
