While signing in to your organization's internal web apps or services, you might get an error message that says you are unable to sign in this way. This message means your organization has put a policy in place that prevents your device from accessing your organization's resources.

Open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and then select Send feedback. After that, contact Support or go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and explain the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.
