If you recently purchased a Windows device that includes Xbox games or PC Game Pass, use the steps below to find and redeem your Digital Direct offers. Select the Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar, or, in the search box on the taskbar, type Microsoft Store, and then select it from the results.

Make sure that the region on your Microsoft account matches the region where you purchased the digital code. If you’ve already purchased an Xbox gift card or code that doesn’t match your Microsoft account’s region, make sure to contact the retailer or aka.ms/contactxboxsupport.

With a Microsoft or Xbox gift card, you let the lucky recipient choose the gift they want. To buy a gift card, visit: Microsoft and Xbox gift cards. Note Microsoft Store links may not be available in all markets. Make sure to check the product page for info about availability in your region.

If you get an email about unusual activity on your Microsoft account, or if you’re worried that someone else might have used your account, go to the Recent activity page. You’ll see when your Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with any device or app-specific info.
