Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Your Hotmail or Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft Account password. If you can you sign in but are having problems with Outlook.com, check the service status. If the status isn't green, wait until the service is running normally and try again.

On the remote screen, open the Sign in to your account page and enter the code that you see in Authenticator. On your remote screen, sign in using your work or school account credentials. After you complete your authentication on the remote screen, return to Authenticator to complete setup.

The new Outlook for Windows will launch into the first account on your list in Windows Mail. If Outlook can't sign you in automatically, manually type in the account and sign in. Select Import Settings on the dialog that appears to bring over your settings or choose Skip.

The authenticator app will send a notification to your mobile device as a test. On your mobile device, select Approve. On your computer, add your mobile device phone number to the Step 3: In case you lose access to the mobile app area, and then select Next.

To share a file or folder over a network in File Explorer, do the following: Right-click (or long-press) a file, and then select. Select a user on the network to share the file with, or select. If you select multiple files at once, you can share them all in the same way.

A Windows product key is a 25-character code used to activate Windows. It looks like this: PRODUCT KEY: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Locate your product key for Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Select File Explorer from the taskbar, or press the Windows logo key + E. Under Quick access, select Downloads. Note: If necessary, go to the View tab, select Navigation pane, and ensure that Navigation pane is checked. You can also find your Downloads folder under This PC.
