Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
If you want to send automatic replies to those outside your organization, we recommend choosing Send replies only to contacts. When you're done, select Save. There are two ways to send automatic out-of-office replies in classic Outlook. The way you do it depends on the type of email account you have.

Set up temporary verification codes in the Microsoft Authenticator app
Open the Authenticator app. Select (+) in the upper right corner. Point your camera at the QR code provided by your identity provider or follow the instructions provided in your account settings. After your account appears in your Authenticator app, you can use the one-time codes to sign in.

If you encrypt an Outlook message that contains voting buttons, message recipients won't be able to see them. That feature isn't supported at this time. Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons.
