Add or invite people outside your org to a chat in Microsoft Teams
With External Access for Teams, you can add or invite anyone outside of your Teams org who uses Teams, Teams for personal use, Skype (for consumers), and Skype for Business to a one-to-one chat. For those who use Teams or Teams for personal use, this includes both one-to-one chats and new or existing group chats.

Turn recurring billing on or off for a Microsoft subscription
If you see a Turn on recurring billing link, it means recurring billing is already turned off. If you don't see options for Turn off recurring billing or Cancel, but instead see Paid with and None, it means your subscription will end on the date specified in Expires on. Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing.
