Recover lost or deleted files - Microsoft Support
You can't open or copy previous versions of files that were created by Windows Backup, but you can restore them. To restore a previous version, select the previous version, and then select. The file or folder replaces the current version on your computer, and the replacement can't be undone.
Recall an email message that you sent in Outlook
Open the message that you want to recall. You must double-click to open the message. Selecting the message so it appears in the reading pane won't allow you to recall the message. If you have the Classic Ribbon, from the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message.
