Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

To find downloads on your PC: Under Quick access, select Downloads. Note: If necessary, go to the View tab, select Navigation pane, and ensure that Navigation pane is checked. You can also find your Downloads folder under This PC. Learn how to find where your browser is saving downloads.

If your printer's status displays "Printer in error state," there may be a problem with the printer itself. If these first two steps did not resolve the error, check the printer for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed. If your printer still doesn’t work, continue to step 3.

Zip and unzip files. Windows 10 Windows 8.1. Zipped (compressed) files take up less storage space and can be transferred to other computers more quickly than uncompressed files. In Windows, you work with zipped files and folders in the same way that you work with uncompressed files and folders.

If you have enabled automatic updates, new updates will automatically download and install whenever they’re available, so you don’t have to think about it. On the left side of this page, you’ll find a list of all the updates released for this version of Windows.

To change the refresh rate. Select Start > Settings > System > Display > Advanced display . Next to Choose a refresh rate, select the rate you want. The refresh rates that appear depend on your display and what it supports. Select laptops and external displays will support higher refresh rates.

If you don’t use the list of Recent files, and you’d rather jump straight into browsing folders, use Ctrl+F12 to open the Open dialog box directly. To access files from your Microsoft 365 Groups or SharePoint Online document libraries click the Sites - Your Company link.
