If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Here's an example of how to use VLOOKUP. =VLOOKUP (B2,C2:E7,3,TRUE) In this example, B2 is the first argument —an element of data that the function needs to work. For VLOOKUP, this first argument is the value that you want to find. This argument can be a cell reference, or a fixed value such as "smith" or 21,000.

For guidance on how to locate the Apps button to access add-ins while reading or composing a mail item, see Use an add-in in Outlook. In the Apps page, search for the add-in you want from the available list. Alternatively, if you're after a specific add-in, enter its name in the search box.

Try guided support. Sign in to www.office.com from a web browser and start using the apps on the web or access other web services associated with your account such as OneDrive. How you sign in to an installed Office app depends on your device.

Outlook gives you several options for saving an email message. A message that you receive, for example, can be saved as a file on your computer or in another folder in Outlook. A message you're composing can be saved as a draft and finished later. Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using.

In the header or footer area, you should see a label on the first page that says First Page Header. Select the page number and press Delete. Select Close Header and Footer or press Esc to exit.
