Block senders from sending you email in new Outlook for Windows If you're receiving unwanted email, you can block the email addresses and domains you don't want to receive messages from in new Outlook. Add any email address or domain to your blocked senders list to move these messages directly to your Junk Email folder.

To stop a bot from participating in a one-on-one chat, first find the chat name in your chat list, then click More options > Mute. If you want to remove a bot entirely from a channel, find the channel name, and then select More options > Manage team.
