Open attachments as a web page in the light version of Outlook
In the light version of Outlook, you can use Open as Web Page or Open in browser to convert and open several common types of attachments as web pages. To open an attachment in its original format, click the link at the top of the web version of the attachments.

Save a drawing as a Web page (.htm file) - Microsoft Support
Click the Advanced tab to specify the output format for the Web page, target monitor resolution, a host Web page for embedding the saved Web page, and other options. See Advanced options below for details. Click OK to open your web browser and view the web page.

Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows
If you're using Windows Mail and Calendar and your accounts are supported in new Outlook, you will see a toggle in the upper right of the Mail app in Windows 10 and 11 to Try the new Outlook. This option downloads the new app and switches your preferred email client.

Set up an authenticator app as a two-step verification method
You can set up an authenticator app to send a notification to your mobile device or to send you a verification code as your security verification method. You aren't required to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, and you can select a different app during the set up process.
