Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Get help with a damaged or unreadable code. If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport. When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

You can link your social media account in one of two ways: Use the Xbox mobile app to scan the QR code. Select the Link option which will launch the Microsoft Edge app on Xbox. You can choose to link your Discord, Reddit, Steam, Twitch, or other social media account.

Get Microsoft account help. Manage your personal account from a single dashboard, including payment information, purchases, subscriptions, and more. Go to your dashboard. You can use a Microsoft account, or a work or school account to sign into your Windows device.

Your shared Friends & Family subscription must be active on August 15, 2023, to be eligible. If you’d like to cancel or change your membership, visit your Microsoft account. We’ll send a personalized code (or more than one code) to your Xbox account on console and the Xbox app on PC.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.
