To pin apps to the taskbar. Select Start , select the arrow next to All apps, right-click the app, then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar icon, and then select Pin to taskbar.

See all your apps in Windows - Microsoft Support
To choose whether your Start menu settings show the most used apps at the top of your all apps list, or whether they show recently downloaded apps in the recommended section, select Start > Settings > Personalization > Start and turn Show recently added apps or Show most used apps on or off.

Group your games and apps on your Xbox console
To make a group: Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Groups > Create a group. Enter a name for your group. Pick the games and apps that you want to add, and then select Add. Note You can add more games whenever you want.
