The message looks common enough, and it says that money will be charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account for the product or service. Then it casually offers instructions on how you can cancel the order if you want to.

Close out of your Premium purchase screen and the game or Microsoft Store app where you’re making the purchase. Sign in to your account, and then select Your info. Under Profile info, review the info next to Country or region to make sure the correct info is listed.

For volume licensing support, open your Microsoft 365 admin center, select Help & support, and search for "manage volume licensing" or submit an online support request. Don't forget to include your license ID or agreement number, your contact phone number & email address so we can contact you.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Select the subscription that you want to manage. From here, you can view your plan, expiration date, billing history, subscription status, and change how you pay.
