SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Recover lost or deleted files - Microsoft Support
Restoring files from previous versions. Restore deleted files and folders or restore a file or folder to a previous state. Navigate to the folder that used to contain the file or folder, right-click it, and then select Restore previous versions.
Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
On the View tab, select View settings in new Outlook. Select Accounts > Automatic Replies . Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times. Under Send automatic replies inside your organization, enter the message to send while you're away.
