Select File > Get Add-ins. Alternatively, you can also view your add-ins directly from the Home tab by selecting Add-ins . You can directly install add-ins from this page or select More Add-ins to explore. In the Office Add-ins dialog, select My Add-ins tab.

SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.

Add or remove an automation add-in. Add-ins provide optional commands and features for Microsoft Excel. By default, add-ins are not immediately available in Excel, so you must first install and (in some cases) activate these add-ins so that you can use them.

For Microsoft 365 Family or Personal subscriptions: Select Install premium Microsoft 365 apps and follow the prompts to install or reinstall the desktop apps. On the Microsoft 365 subscription tab, select Manage. From here you can: Renew your subscription with a prepaid code or card. Learn more.

Activate Microsoft 365 or Office. To open an app, select the Start button (lower-left corner of your screen) and type the name of an app, like Word. If you have Windows 8.1 or 8.0, type the name of an Microsoft 365 app on the Start screen.

Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

If you set up your list source as an Excel table, then all you need to do is add or remove items from the list, and Excel will automatically update any associated drop-downs for you. To add an item, go to the end of the list and type the new item. To remove an item, press Delete.
