Making a console your home Xbox gives friends and family access to your games and content when you’re not signed in. Your home Xbox also lets you play your digital games offline. When you add a new account to a console and don’t set it to Lock it down during setup, we’ll automatically make that console your home Xbox.

Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.

From My games & apps > See all > Full library, highlight (but don’t select) the base game. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons. Select See in Microsoft Store and check that the item you’re looking for is part of the game that you bought.
