Here's how to check when your Microsoft 365 subscription expires. Check your expiration status Go to your Subscriptions page. If you have received an email or got an app notification which says, "Your files will be erased on [date]", or "Your storage is full, and your files will be erased on [date]", the contents of your OneDrive will be erased on the date shown in the message or notification.

Under Delivery options, check Expires after, and then select a date and time. When the expiration date passes, the message remains visible in the message list with a strikethrough. Before you can use Authenticator as a way to sign in, you need to download the app and have already added Authenticator to your accounts. Starting July 2025, the autofill feature in Authenticator will stop working, and from August 2025, passwords will no longer be accessible in Authenticator.
