Get help with a damaged or unreadable code. If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport. When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

You can add your credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal account, or mobile phone as a new payment method for your Microsoft account. Note: Not all payment methods are supported in all regions. Select your Xbox profile (or select Choose a profile and sign in to your account). Select My profile > Customize profile, and then select your current gamertag. Under Choose your new gamertag, enter the gamertag that you want in the available text box, and then select Check availability.
