Use Microsoft Copilot in Classic Outlook with a screen reader

This module introduces Microsoft 365 Copilot in Classic Outlook and demonstrates how to use it with a screen reader to work with email, draft and refine messages, and manage information in Outlook. It explains how to access Copilot, summarize email, create replies, and use Copilot Chat to ask questions about your mailbox and calendar.

It also explains how to prioritize email, schedule and prepare for meetings, and review Copilot-generated content before acting.

To use Copilot in Classic Outlook, you need a Microsoft 365 plan and the appropriate Copilot license. Copilot supports work or school accounts and supported Microsoft accounts. Your mailbox must be hosted in Exchange Online, and connected experiences must be enabled.

This module covers Classic Outlook for Windows and does not cover new Outlook.
