This feature is currently only available on family.microsoft.com. To see what your child's been buying in the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 and Xbox devices:

Go to your family group and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Find the name of the child whose purchases you’d like to see.

Select More options > Spending, then, for recent purchases, scroll down to Purchase history.

To see more than 90 days of purchase history, ask your child to sign in to your family group. Go to Payment & billing and select Order history.
