Where can I use a Microsoft Store promo code?
Promo code offers can only be applied to purchases made from the online Microsoft Store.
How do I apply a promo code to my order?

Place the items that are eligible with the promo code in your Microsoft Store cart.

Select Checkout.

On the Checkout page if you have not added or selected a shipping address or payment method do the following before you can see and apply a promo code.

Select Add a promo code. Enter your code in the box and select Apply code.

The applied promo coupon will be added to the applicable products along with your savings message.

Follow the remaining prompts to complete your purchase.

Why can’t I see the promo code field box?
Here are some steps to double check.

You'll only see the promo code field when you're on the Checkout page. If you're still on the Cart page, make sure all items you want to purchase are added and then from the Order summary box, select Checkout. This will take you to the Checkout page where you can complete your purchase.

Before you can see the option to apply promo code, make sure you add or update the information in the sections Step 1: Shipping and Step 2: Payment.

Ensure you're shopping in the right market for your code. Not all countries support promo codes.
