The Draw tab is on by default for pen or touch-based computers. If it's not on, see Add the Draw tab to the ribbon.

  1. Select the Draw tab and choose pens, brushes, and other tools.Shows Draw tab drawing tools  

  2. Select a pen again, then choose the thickness and color.

  3. Click and drag the mouse or your Surface pen to draw on the slide.

  4. To stop inking , press the Esc key or select the  The Selection button on the Draw tab looks like the standard arrow mouse-pointer cursor. arrow button on the Draw tab.
