If you see the error message "You haven't finished yet" when setting up passwordless sign-in, it may be because you have other accounts already set up in your Microsoft Authenticator app.
To finish setting up passwordless sign-in, add your account directly to the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Select + Add account then choose your account type.
- Select Sign in with Microsoft and enter your username and password.
- Choose your verification method and enter the verification code to complete adding the account in the app.
- Go to Add a new way to sign in or verify and select Use an app.
- Click Get it now but close the new window which opens - you already have the app.
- Select Next and then Finish to complete adding app sign-in to your account.

After that, contact Support or go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and explain the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.
