How to share feedback with the Clipchamp team

Applies To
Clipchamp for personal accounts Clipchamp for work accounts

We appreciate you taking the time to help improve Clipchamp. Whether you have an idea, spot something that could work better, or want to take part in research, there are several ways to share your experience.

Option 1: Share feedback directly in Clipchamp

If you have an idea or spot a problem while using Clipchamp, we'd like to hear about it. You can share your feedback directly from the app:

  1. On the Clipchamp home page or in the editor, select Feedback in the header.
  2. Follow the prompts to describe your suggestion or issue. For an issue, include the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened.
  3. Review any options for including contact details, screenshots, or attachments, and then submit your feedback.

Note

Feedback might not be available for every account. If you use a work or school account, your organization's settings can restrict feedback and the information you can include. Check with your IT administrator if you need help with these settings.

Option 2: Post ideas and feedback in the Clipchamp forum

If you'd like to share a feature idea or workflow suggestion with other Clipchamp users, join the conversation in the Clipchamp feedback forum.

Search for an existing idea to vote on or discuss, or select Send feedback to add a new one. Sign in if prompted.

Forum posts and comments are public and show your user name. Don't include personal or confidential information in your posts, comments, or attachments.

Option 3: Join the Microsoft Video at Work Research Panel

If you'd like to go beyond written feedback, we'd love to learn more about how you use video at work. The Microsoft Video at Work Research Panel page explains how to complete a survey to join.

Microsoft might invite you to test new features, give feedback, or join short interviews. Participation is optional, and you can opt out at any time.

Thank you for sharing your time and ideas with us. Whether you send a quick note, contribute to a forum discussion, or take part in research, your perspective helps us understand what's working and where we can improve.
