Clipchamp for work accounts

Use the right account path first; if Clipchamp loops, reset browser sign-in data.

1. Pick your account type

  1. Close all Clipchamp tabs.
  2. Choose the right entry point:
  3. If Clipchamp isn't listed in Microsoft 365, ask your admin to confirm enablement and licensing.
  4. If the address contains mcas.ms, Clipchamp for work or school accounts may not load.
  1. Go to https://app.clipchamp.com.
  2. Sign in normally, or select Continue with email > Send a link to my email.
  3. Open the email and select the magic link. It works once and expires after 1 hour.
  4. If the email doesn't arrive, check Junk or Spam, confirm the inbox, check forwarding, and ask IT whether Clipchamp email is blocked if you used a work address.
  5. If the link expired, reload the sign-in page and request a new one.

3. Work or school account: use Microsoft 365

  1. Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
  2. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/launch/clipchamp or https://www.microsoft365.com/launch/clipchamp.
  3. Sign in with your work or school account.
  4. If Clipchamp opens on your organization's OneDrive or SharePoint address, stay there.
  5. If you're sent to https://app.clipchamp.com, return to the Microsoft 365 Clipchamp launch page and sign in with your work or school account.

4. Reset browser sign-in data

  1. Sign out at https://app.clipchamp.com and https://www.microsoft365.com, then close all browser windows.
  2. Reopen the browser and retry the correct link.
  3. If the loop continues, clear cookies and cached data for:
    • clipchamp.com and app.clipchamp.com
    • microsoft.com, microsoftonline.com, and login.microsoftonline.com
    • microsoft365.com and m365.cloud.microsoft
  4. Restart the browser and retry.
  5. Test in an InPrivate or Incognito window.
  6. Turn off privacy, ad-blocking, script-blocking, VPN, or cookie extensions, then retry.

5. Allow cookies and required sites

If your organization manages browser settings, ask an admin.

  1. In Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data. Allow cookies and turn off Block third-party cookies, or add exceptions for the sites above.
  2. In Google Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies. Allow cookies, or add exceptions for the sites above.
  3. In Safari on Mac, go to Safari > Settings > Privacy and turn off Prevent cross-site tracking while testing.
  4. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari and turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking while testing.
  5. Don't use Internet Explorer for Clipchamp. Microsoft 365 apps and services no longer support Internet Explorer 11.

6. Still stuck in a redirect loop?

  1. Recheck the account type and sign-in link.
  2. Try Edge or Chrome, then another network without VPN or proxy if possible.
  3. For work or school accounts, ask your admin to check Clipchamp enablement, license, Microsoft 365 URLs and IP ranges, cookie policies, third-party cookies, conditional access, Microsoft Cloud App Security, proxy, and firewall rules.
  4. For personal accounts, use Contact us on the Clipchamp support page.
