You can draw a line through data in a cell to show edits or completed tasks, for example, with the font strikethrough option.
Apply or remove strikethrough formatting
- Select the cells containing the data you want to format.
- Go to Home, then select Strikethrough
in the Font group.
To remove the strikethrough, select the text again and select Strikethrough from the Font group.
