Whether you're at home, work, or out and about, chances are you'll find a Wi‑Fi network that you can connect to for Internet access. Connecting to Wi‑Fi gives you another way to get online and can help you save cellular data, too.
On Start, swipe over to the All apps list, then select Settings > Network & wireless > Wi‑Fi.
Select the network you want to connect to, type the network password if asked for one, then select Done.
That's it—you'll see the Wi‑Fi icon at the top of your screen when you're connected and ready to go.
