Connect to Wi-Fi

Applies to: Windows 10 Mobile

Whether you're at home, work, or out and about, chances are you'll find a Wi‑Fi network that you can connect to for Internet access. Connecting to Wi‑Fi gives you another way to get online and can help you save cellular data, too.

  1. On Start , swipe over to the All apps list, then select Settings > Network & wireless > Wi‑Fi .

  2. Choose the network you want to connect to, select Connect, type the network password if necessary, then select Next.

That's it—you'll see the Wi‑Fi icon at the top of your screen when you're connected and ready to go.
