Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Management Studio (SSMS), and connect to the latest Azure SQL Database V12 that supports change tracking. When you try to enable the change tracking for a table or database in SSMS, the change tracking is not enabled as it should be.
