Symptoms
When you search for a contact in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015, display name of the contact isn't shown in the search result .
Cause
This issue occurs because the Unified Communications Web API (UCWA) doesn't return display name in the search response.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the following cumulative updates:
- February 2017 cumulative update 6.0.9319.277 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Web Components Server
- February 2017 cumulative update 6.0.9319.277 for Skype for Business Server 2015 and Unified Communications Managed API 5.0 Runtime
