Symptom
The Bing map control will no longer render in forms and that area will appear as blank.
Cause
The Bing Maps AJAX Control Version 7 has reached its end-of-life. (See Discontinued Control Migration Guidelines) This will affect users of the following versions of Microsoft Dynamcis CRM:

Resolution
The Bing Map AJAX Control has been upgraded to Version 8, and a patch will be available for the supported releases. Please download, and apply the patches below to correct this issue based off the deployment, and version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
