Symptoms

A "Non-yielding Scheduler" condition may occur after you execute a query that uses many expressions in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and 2016.

Resolution

This fix is included in the following cumulative updates for SQL Server: 

Cumulative Update 9 for SQL Server 2016 RTM

Cumulative Update 6 for SQL Server 2016 SP1

Cumulative Update 7 for SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 2
