Symptoms
Assume that you have custom phone number normalization rules, and don't follow standard extensions. When you hover on a contact, and then click the drop-down menu under the Call option in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you see duplicated working numbers.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the October 10, 2017, security update for Skype for Business 2016 (KB4011159).
