Symptoms
In a peer-to-peer (P2P) video call in Skype for Business 2016, the Present button is unavailable and you can't share desktop or programs. This issue occurs because the AllowIPVideo parameter is set to False for the conferencing policy.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the October 10, 2017, security update for Skype for Business 2016 (KB4011159).
