FIX: MEMORYCLERK_SOSMEMMANAGER grows larger and FAIL_PAGE_ALLOCATION error is logged after you enable large page allocations

Assume that in an instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2017, you enable large page allocations by using trace flag 834. In this situation, you may find that MEMORYCLERK_SOSMEMMANAGER clerk keeps growing larger and larger. Eventually, SQL Server may log the following error message in the SQL Server error log:

Note This issue does not occur if you disable trace flag 834.
