FIX: A dump file may be generated when you run the DML internal plan on Query Store enabled database in SQL Server 2017

Applies to: SQL Server 2017 DeveloperSQL Server 2017 EnterpriseSQL Server 2017 Enterprise Core

Assume that you use a database that has Query Store feature (QDS) enabled in SQL Server 2017. If you enable FORCE_LAST_GOOD_PLAN option on the database, this operation will detect the regression Data Manipulation Language (DML) internal plan and will force the DML internal plan. However, a dump file may be generated when you run the plan next time.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
