Improvement
Assume that you enable Always On Availability Groups in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and 2017 on Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC) node with Cloud Witness quorum. In Dynamic Management View (DMV), sys.dm_hadr_cluster reports cloud witness quorum as type "4" and quorum_type_desc as "UNKNOWN_QUORUM".
