Italy: Esterometro/"new Spesometro" to support file splitting by file volume and limits of number of records in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

Introduction

XSD schema of Esterometro/“new Spesometro” report requires splitting of the resulting XML file by the following criteria:

• File volume (5 Mbytes),

• Number of records in /<...dtr> tag (1000 records),

• Number of records in /<...dtr> tag (1000 records)

Overview

This hot fix provides Electronic reporting configurations to support possibility of automatically splitting of the resulting report in XML format to several files when one of the following limitations is meet:

      

• File volume (5 Mbytes),

• Number of records in /<...dtr> tag (1000 records),

• Number of records in /<...dtr> tag (1000 records)

To support possibility of automatically splitting of the resulting report in XML format to several files, you need to import the following or a higher version of the ER configurations from LCS shared asset library:

      

• Vendor invoices (IT).version.51.5.xml

• Report Vendor invoices (IT).version.51.5.13.xml

• Report Customer invoices (IT).version.51.3.6.xml

• Customers invoices (IT).version.51.3.xml

These version of the configurations can be imported on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations 10.0.2 or later version.

For Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations 7.3 version GER cumulative update #22 should be installed.
